Missouri Child Psychiatry Access Project (MO-CPAP) Schools

The Missouri Child Psychiatry Access Project (MO-CPAP) Schools helps school professionals address the behavioral and mental health needs of students and staff. The no-cost program connects educators to resources, consultations, and education (i.e., professional development).

The MO-CPAP vision and mission:

To increase mental health care access for children and youth and support Schools throughout Missouri as they address mental health concerns with their students.

To maximize a limited mental health workforce and ensure that more children with emerging or diagnosed mental health concerns receive early and continuous treatment.

To eliminate health disparities and achieve health equity to attain the highest level of health for all Missouri students.
